Questions about unmaintained binding files

hi,

i see we have de, fi, sv, pt specialized key bindings.
except german versions i see nobody touched these
for years which is good sign of not being updated
for new functions etc.

si,sv should go to the attic for sure.
what about pt - Jose do you intend to keep it up to date?

As far as I can see this files is more than 11 years old. If someone needs it
we will hear about that. :-)
